Iran tussle cooling

Crude has fallen 3 % as there are talks between Uk and Iran over the issue ,

So watch out , the iran premium is around $5-6 dollars

if sailors are released unharmed ,then crude can slip to $62 ......

Be over cautious in trading Crude .

Nymex crude -may 2007 - $65.96

Trading range for near term (next 5-7 days) - $ 61-68 .

Crude is posied to test $78 , once summer sets in ...........

As of now , trends look bullish .

the risk : if opec increases output , crude may fall ,still the demand will be good going ahead .

Crude oil -updates

Crude oil :

• The Department of Energy reported Wednesday that distillate stocks — which includes heating oil and diesel fuel — fell by 3 million barrels last week. Analysts surveyed by Dow Jones Newswires had expected supplies to fall by 4.3 million barrels.
• The Energy Department said crude oil inventories fell last week by 600,000 barrels to 323.9 million barrels, below analysts' expectations of a 1.1-million-barrel gain. The inventories are at the upper end of average.

Gold is looking bullish now , though some profit booking is expected this week

Trading range - $650-680 for this week.

Last week- gold traded in our reccomended Range - $640-670 .
